What's the minimum order?

Retailers order by the pallet: 195 cases of 8 pints, any mix of flavors. Scoop shops, foodservice and corporate accounts order by the case of 8, three cases minimum per order.

Can I see pricing before I apply?

Pricing is set per program and shows once you're logged in. Email us if you want a line sheet first.

How is it shipped?

Frozen LTL for pallets and larger case orders, quoted on review against your dock and receiving hours. We can also route through your distributor.

Do you offer net terms?

Yes, by application. New accounts start on card or ACH at checkout; established accounts can move to net terms after a credit application.

Do you do custom flavors or private label?

Yes. Bring a recipe or license one of our four bases. See the co-packing page for how that works.

What about scoop-shop tubs?

3 gallon tubs are available to scoop shop, foodservice and corporate accounts. Log in and they'll appear alongside the pints.
